Look for a contractor who takes the time to answer your questions...
A contractor should be servicing the customer from the first phone call. Questions often need to be asked AND answered! Remember you’re purchasing a product and have the right to know and understand what you’re getting for your money.

Look for a contractor who will talk to a woman about details....
Hard to believe, but yes it happens in this day and age too! At Huemann’s, we have found that most often it is the women who call to clarify details on a contract or question a component they don’t understand. Any contractor should be more than happy to service all of their customers.

Look for a contract that you are able to understand.....
If the contract seems confusing, then it probably is--and it’s probably meant to be. Many confusing contracts have hidden costs. Have the contract clarified--what are you getting and what does it cost!! If it’s still confusing---BEWARE!

Look for a company that guarantees their work....
Any company who doesn’t stand behind their work must not be selling a good product. If you don’t see a guarantee on the contract, ask the contractor about it. Whatever verbal arrangements or promises are made, do be sure to get in writing also.

Do not base your decision solely on cost....
You’ve heard the old adage, "you get what you pay for..." A really cheap well/water system may be just that a really cheap well with hidden costs, no guarantee, and little to no servicing after the product has been purchased.
